Your Business Doesn't Have a Software Problem. It Has a Process Problem.
Most companies chasing software solutions are solving the wrong thing. The problem isn't the tool. It's the process underneath it.

Every few months, a company decides it needs new software.
The current system is slow. The team is frustrated. Reporting takes too long. Information lives in the wrong places. Someone suggests a new platform, a better tool, a custom build — and the assumption is that the software is the problem.
It rarely is.
The symptom and the source
Software exposes process problems. It doesn't create them.
When a logistics company can't get accurate vehicle status updates in real time, the instinct is to find better fleet software. But the actual problem is usually that drivers are reporting manually, dispatchers are updating spreadsheets inconsistently, and nobody owns the data between point A and point B.
New software dropped onto that process doesn't fix it. It digitizes the dysfunction.
